Dear Stakeholders,

Christian Programs for Inner-City Children International (CPIC International), is roling out our five year Strategic Plan which will guide the agency’s work over the next five years.

This Strategic Plan offers a new, more workable approach to our CPIC International efforts nation wide. We have established five new long-term, results-based goals to replace our previous ministry strategic plans.

By focusing on few outcome-oriented goals, we can achieve better ministry results; provide greater flexibility in our internal operations to foundations, contractors, and individual Funders; and use donors dollars more wisely and effectively.

The events of the past three years have brought many changes in the way we look at the way we deliver our programs and service models. Our mission to minister to the needs of urban families and communities remains sustained and strong.

As the demand for CPIC International programs and services continues to increase we see a growing trend in the areas of Christian Outreach, Wellness Education, Workforce Training, Urban Mission and Developing & Maintaining Strategic Partnerships.  These are the five areas we intend to focus on for the next five-years.

Our 2010 -2015 Strategic Plan maps out our approach to protecting and enhancing Christian evangelism and service quality throughout the USA.

We thank our partners and stakeholders for their continuing help toward achieving these goals. We are especially grateful to Jesus Christ for His unwavering love and guidance of our efforts to safeguard a CPIC International legacy that urban children, families and future generations will be empowered and saved through our efforts and service.
