Field Manager Responsibilities: Manage fundraising teams, train canvassers, identify supporters, canvass assigned territories and engage citizens in grassroots organizing.
Qualifications: Must have a valid state driver’s license, car insurance and a vehicle that can be used to transport up to 5 canvassers. The individual must take on the responsibility to canvass assigned territories, deposit contributions and motivate the efforts of a team of canvassers. Demonstrated leadership, organizational skills, good communication and management skills a must to help CPIC International reach our state and national agenda .
Starting Pay: All field managers are paid on an individual commission and a team commission. Field Managers can expect to earn $15 to $20 per hour, depending on responsibilities and performance.
Job Description: Manage and motivate a team of five CPIC International canvass crew members, and oversee a set territory through door-to-door campaigning.
Canvass Crew Member Responsibilities: Work together with a team of crew members to canvass assigned territories and engage citizens in grassroots organizing.
Qualifications: The individual must take on the responsibility to canvass assigned territories, be honest and trust worthy. Must have good communication and people skills a must to help CPIC International reach our state and national agenda .
Starting Pay: All canvass crew members are paid on an individual commission. Canvass Crew Member can expect to earn $10 to $15 per hour, depending on responsibilities and performance.
